Litha Rose is a shamanic therapist and Chinese Medicine practitioner who is passionate about assisting others on their souls’ journeys.
After unexpectedly receiving the call to shamanism, Litha completed a one-to-one Shamanic Spirit Medicine Apprenticeship with Aisha Amarfio in 2021, having trained in core shamanism techniques.
She has also spent years studying Western Herbalism, Chado (The Way of Tea) and Taoist practices, including Chinese Medicine.
Litha received a diploma for Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine from Yang Sheng Academy, having studied Classical Chinese Medicine with Darren Rose, and is a member of The Acupuncture Society.
Her work strongly involves working with nature spirit medicine and frequency medicine in many ways, including herbs, essential oils, tea ceremonies, crystals, light language and more.
Before pivoting her focus to healing work and shamanism, Litha was an intuitive tarot card reader and teacher for years, and still incorporates tarot and oracle readings in some healing sessions.
Working with spirit and nature, shamanic sessions with her aim to address the spiritual and energetic root of any physical or emotional issues, patterns and blocks that a client is experiencing.
With warmth, insight and deep listening, a shamanic session with Litha often involves a healing ceremony that removes what is not part of the self, and returns what is the self- bringing the client back to harmony and the fullness of their power, authenticity and self-expression.
Chinese Medicine and acupuncture treatments with Litha work to promote self-healing, balance and vitality within the body and the spirit.
She has experience in effectively treating a wide range of ailments with acupuncture including pain, insomnia, womens’ health, digestive issues, stress and more.
Litha became deeply fascinated with Chinese Medicine because it carries ancient wisdom to promote healing that is strongly based in nature.
It greatly addresses our physical and emotional ailments, and supports us in carrying out our expression and purpose.
